Managing Director

Mr. Graham is the founder and Managing Director of APG Partners. APG Partners is a private equity investment company, whose investments range from $5 million to $30 million and support expansion, acquisition and recapitalization of privately held businesses. APG Partners operates as an investment partner with Capital Resource Partners, a Boston-based private equity fund with over $1 billion under management.

Mr. Graham has over 20 years of diversified experience in the financial services industry, including 15 years as a private-equity investor. In total, his investments have generated a hundred and seventeen percent (117%) annualized rate of return. He has acquired, managed and sold middle-market companies whose revenues range from $10 million to $900 million and represent diverse industries. His experience includes negotiating all aspects of acquisition and sale documents, raising public and private debt and equity, serving as an active board member and completing complex debt and equity restructurings.

Before founding APG Partners, Mr. Graham ran the Newport Beach office of Barrington Associates. In this role, Mr. Graham provided M&A advisory services for privately held companies ranging from $20 million to $500 million in value. Prior to Barrington, Mr. Graham founded and was President of Triton Capital, Inc., a private equity investment company focused on acquiring and managing privately held businesses. Previously, he founded and managed the Merchant Banking Department for Tucker, Anthony, Inc., a regional investment-banking firm headquartered in Boston, Massachusetts. Mr. Graham also served as Managing Director for Cariad Capital, Inc. and Vice President of Narragansett Capital, Inc., both private equity investment companies focused on acquiring middle-market manufacturing businesses.

Mr. Graham currently serves as Chairman for the Board of Aspen Dental Management, Inc., a dental practice management company based in Syracuse, New York and board advisor to ThreeCore, an internet-based engineered products procurement company located in Beverly, Massachusetts. He also held directorships including Glasstech, Inc., Comsec/Narragansett Security, Inc., Cushcraft Corporation, Monaco Coach Corporation (NYSE: MNC) and Oregon Ice Cream Company. Mr. Graham is a member of the Young Presidents Organization (YPO). His charitable work includes participating in the Orange County Chapter of the American Heart Association and is a member of the Chief Executive Roundtable for the University of California, Irvine.

Mr. Graham holds a B.A. from Dartmouth College and an M.B.A. from the Amos Tuck School of Business Administration.

Mr. Graham and his wife Jeneen are the parents of two boys, Robert and Reid, and live in Newport Beach, CA.
