Andy Graham Bio 


Managing Director

Mr. Graham is the founder and Managing Director of APG Partners. APG Partners is a private equity investment company, whose investments range from $1 million to $10 million and support expansion, acquisition and recapitalization of privately held businesses.

Mr. Graham has over 25 years of diversified experience in the financial services industry, including 20 years as a private-equity investor. In total, his investments have generated a ninety-three percent (93%) net annualized rate of return. He has established, acquired, managed and sold middle-market companies with revenues ranging up to $900 million and represent diverse industries.

Before founding APG Partners, Mr. Graham ran the Newport Beach office of Barrington Associates. In this role, Mr. Graham provided M&A advisory services for privately held companies ranging from $20 million to $500 million in value. Previously, he founded and managed the Merchant Banking Department for Tucker, Anthony, Inc., a regional investment-banking firm headquartered in Boston, Massachusetts. Mr. Graham also served as Managing Director for Cariad Capital, Inc. and Vice President of Narragansett Capital, Inc., both private equity investment companies focused on acquiring middle-market manufacturing businesses. Mr. Graham began his career with positions at Bankers Trust Company, The Forum Corporation and Kidder Peabody & Co.

Mr. Graham currently serves as Chairman for Asterisk Financial and EM Assist. Prior directorships including Aspen Dental Management, Glasstech, Inc., Comsec/Narragansett Security, Inc., Cushcraft Corporation, Monaco Coach Corporation (NYSE: MNC) and Oregon Ice Cream Company.

Mr. Graham is a member of the Young Presidents Organization (YPO) and the Chief Executive Roundtable for the University of California, Irvine.

Mr. Graham holds a B.A. from Dartmouth College and an M.B.A. from the Amos Tuck School of Business Administration.
